Papers due: Hard copy:  March 26, 1999 Electronic copy (postscript, PDF, ASCII): April 2, 1999 Acceptance Notification: June 11, 1999 Workshop:  September 22-24, 1999 Final camera copy due: Some time in November, 1999 NOTE:  Because NSPW is highly interactive, we follow the unusual practice of circulating a preliminary copy of papers among the participants for discussion.  Final copy for the printed proceedings is revised by the authors post hoc to reflect input from discussion.
