Papers due: Hard copy: March 23, 2001 Electronic copy (postscript, PDF, Word/RTF, ASCII): March 30, 2001 Acceptance Notification: June 8, 2001 Workshop:  September 11 - 13, 2001 Final camera copy due: Some time in November, 2001 NOTE:  Because NSPW is highly interactive, we follow the unusual practice of circulating a preliminary copy of papers among the participants for discussion.  Final copy for the printed proceedings is revised by the authors post hoc to reflect input from discussion.
