Small group assigments and instructions for NSPW 2009

You task in the small groups:

 * Choose a post-proceedings shepherd.  This person will also serve as
   the session chair for the paper.

 * Choose a note taker (may be the same person as the shepherd).

 * Give specific, constructive feedback on the paper.  This feedback
   will help guide the post-proceedings shepherding.

 * Identify key questions that will be asked by other attendees.

 * Help the authors streamline their presentation.  In particular,
   make sure the slides are in a form suitable for NSPW (i.e., the key
   talking points are covered in the first few slides).


Meetings will be held in the following rooms:

Also, feel free to meet outside if weather permits, say in the nun's
gardens.  Just please, don't sit or walk on the grass!
